The County of Albemarle Planning Division will approve the plat referenced above once the following comments
have been satisfactorily addressed (The following comments are those that have been identified at this time.
Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review.): [Each comment is
preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision /Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise
specified.]
[14- 303(D)] Acreage of lots. Please provide the acreage of each existing parcel prior to this boundary line
adjustment. Additionally, clarify the area from Parcel F being transferred to Parcel C; the plat does not
provide a land hook or other representation of this area.
Rev1: Comment addressed. However, the area tabulations are a bit confusing and include Parcel E-
1, which isn't referenced on the plat elsewhere. The tabulations should all start with the existing
parcel acreage and list what area is given to, or received from, other parcels. My guess for Parcels
E and F is as follows (acreages could be incorrect):

2. [14 -312] Location of existing buildings. The subdivider shall submit with the final plat a survey showing the
location of all existing buildings on the land to be subdivided within fifty (50) feet of a proposed lot line or a
proposed street. If any building on Parcel F is within 50' of the proposed lot line, please show it on the plat.
