Thank you for forwarding the proposed boundary line adjustment plat for the River Lawn Farm, LLC property.
I am sorry for the delay in responding to your request.
I have finished reviewing the survey plat and the easement deed for this property. The proposed boundary line
adjustment does not impact the easement boundary, and is considered an internal boundary line adjustment. It
is permitted and VOF does not need to be a party.

Hi Tracy,
I have a boundary line adjustment plat currently under review where the parcels appear to have an open space
easement owned by VOF. The parcels under review are 134 -13, 13b & 13c. The plat proposed to give a portion of 13c
to both 13 and 13b, thereby eliminating parcel 13c. The plat transfers the development rights for 13c to parcel 13, but
notes the VOF easement. I have attached a copy of the plat; please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
