Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.] 1. [14- 302(A)(10)] Right of further division of proposed lots. Revise the note (the first and 6th note on the plat) pertaining to each parcel having only one dwelling unit to read, "Lot B is assigned one development right and may not be further divided. The residue of Tax Map 21 Parcel 35 is retaining three development rights and per the approval of SUB2013 -085 for a waiver of Chapter 14 Section 404, this parcel cannot be further divided, and shall contain only one dwelling unit." 2. [14- 302(B)(7)] Reservoir watershed. This property lies within the Preddy Creek watershed. Provide a note stating this. 3. [14 -309; 14 -310] Health Department approval. Soils work information was submitted to the Health Department. Their approval is required prior to signature of the plat.
