Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review.): [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision /Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.] 1. [14- 302(B)l] General information. There are several dates, including revision dates, listed on the plat. Please clarify the review submittal date so that it doesn't appear as if this plat has been reviewed by Community Development multiple times. 2. [14- 303(D)] Acreage of lots. Clarify why the `gap' and `overlap' areas haven't been factored into the revised parcel acreages. Please revise if necessary. 3. [14 -312] Location of existing buildings. It is difficult to tell how close the existing house on TMP 56A(1) -1 -74 is to the proposed boundary line. If any building is within 50' of the proposed lot line, please show it on the plat. 4. [Comment] This plat cannot be approved until ACSA completes their review and grants approval; comments will be forwarded upon receipt. Engineering has completed their review and has no objection.
