Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review.): [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision /Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.] 1. [14- 302(B)l] General information. There are several dates, including revision dates, listed on the plat. Please clarify the review submittal date so that it doesn't appear as if this plat has been reviewed by Community Development multiple times. Additionally, it appears that the plat isn't printed to scale; it must be printed to scale when submitted for signature. 2. [14- 302(8)6] Tax map and parcel number. It seems that this plat modifies a parcel that doesn't currently exist (has no TMP number) and may have unclear ownership. An official parcel determination must be completed prior to any County signature on this plat to ensure that the proper owner conveys Parcel "Z" and signs the plat. 3. [14- 303(D)] Acreage of lots. See above. The acreage of the strip right -of -way can only be modified on its own if it is a distinct parcel; otherwise the acreage needs to be indicated as a portion of whichever existing parcel it is a part of. 4. [Comment] This plat cannot be approved until ACSA completes their review and grants approval; comments will be forwarded upon receipt. Engineering has completed their review and has no objection.
