14. COMPLIANCE WITH THE MINIMUM PAVEMENT WIDTH, SHOULDER WIDTH, AND DITCH SECTIONS, AS SHOWN ON THE TYPICAL PAVEMENT SECTION DETAIL, SHALL
BE STRICTLY ADHERED TO. EXCEPTIONS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED.
