The subdivision plat of Southwind Estates, made by Roger W. Ray & Assoc., Inc. , dated May 4, 2005 and recorded in the Clerk' s Office of the Circuit Court of Albemarle County, Virginia, in Deed Book 3123, pages 206-214, shows a twenty foot (20' ) permanent Drainage easement located on the property owned by Oderon. In the construction of Belle Vista Drive it was necessary to move the location of a portion of said easement. Kady and Oderon now desire to abandon and relocate a portion of the easement. NOW THEREFORE, Darren J. Kady and Deborah A. Kady and Oderon, LLC, do hereby abandon a portion of the twenty foot (20' ) easement, and relocate that portion, all as shown on the attached plat made by Dominion Development Resources, LLC, dated October 31, 2007, attached hereto, recorded along with, and made a part of this agreement.
