In our previous email correspondence I asked for: 1. Material samples /colors, including identification of the material that is rendered as brick. (Is it really brick or is it EIFS with a brick pattern?) Provide one set. 2. Scalable architectural elevations drawn to the scale of 1/8" = 1'. (The 11 x 17 drawings are too small to read.) Provide 2 sets. 3. If existing or proposed utilities and/or easements are on -site and are not shown on the 7/8/13 site plans, update the plans with this information and re- submit. Provide 2 sets. 4. Indicate if building illumination is proposed. If it is, add this information to the lighting plans and re- submit. Provide 2 sets. I have the following comments on your recent submittal: 1. Regarding #2 above, the scalable elevations were not submitted, and the design illustrated in the most recent color renderings does not exactly match the elevations previously submitted. a) Please submit for review the 2 sets of up -to -date, scalable architectural elevations drawn to the scale of 1/8" = 1'. b) The standard mechanical equipment note does not appear on the elevation drawings. Please add it now: "Visibility of all mechanical equipment from the Entrance Corridor shall be eliminated." c) Also, it appears that the north and south labels on the elevation drawings have been switched. Please correct this. 2. Regarding #3 above, some of the trees on the east side of the site are shown within an easement. Please shift the trees to locations outside the easement. 3. Regarding #4 above, no exterior building lights are shown on the lighting plan. Please confirm in writing that no exterior building lights are proposed. Or, if exterior building lights are proposed, please confirm this in writing and forward 2 sets of revised lighting plans that show all standard information related to the building lights. Please forward me the revised drawings outlined above. If you have any questions about this action, please contact me as soon as possible. I look forward to completing the review of your next round of revisions with an approval letter.
