Perez, Senior Planner Division: Current Development Date: September 6, 2013 Subject: SUB 2013 — 00117 Joseph Stephens - BLA Fax 434 - 972 -4126 The County of Albemarle Division of Current Development will grant or recommend approval of the Boundary Line Adjustment plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision /Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.] 1. [14 -312] Location of existing buildings. Show the location of all existing buildings within fifty (50) feet of the proposed lot line. According to County GIS, there is a structure on TMP 109 -47K that is close to the proposed boundary line. 2. [14 -303i] Bearing and Distance ties. On the plat provide bearings and distances along the remaining frontage for TM 109 -47K on State Route 633. 3. [14- 302(a)2] Vicinity map. Vicinity Maps shall be at a scale of 1 ":2000'. Revise the vicinity map to meet the requirements of the ordinance. 4. [14- 302(8)(1)] General Information. When the plat is revised, please provide the date of the last revision on the plat.
