HomeMy WebLinkAboutSUB201300132 Review Comments Easement Plat 2013-09-25of Al, vI IGI County of Albemarle Department of Community Development 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville, VA, 22902 Phone 434 - 296 -5832 Fax 434 - 972 -4126 The County of Albemarle Planning Services Division will approve the plat referenced above once the following comments have been satisfactorily addressed (The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review.): [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision /Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.] [Comment] The portion of the 34' drainage easement which is being vacation by this plat is labeled as "Existing drainage easement recorded in DB4111PG520 hereby vacated", however, it appears this portion of the easement was originally recorded in DB3833PG263, associated with this easement was a Deed of Easement which was review by the County Attorney and signed by Robert Tucker, County Executive and set to record with the original plat. Thus a revised Deed of Easement shall be provided for County Attorney review and signature by the County Executive prior to approval of the plat. Please provide planning staff this documentation and it shall be forwarded to the County Attorney for review. If you have any questions please contact Christopher P.
