development to the east.

PROJECT DETAILS
Proposed tower location is approximate) 500' south of the Rt. 29 Entrance Corridor.
Reference tree is a 36" poplar with a height of 115', 610.2' AMSL.
Establish a 1600 square foot lease area, with a 30' x 40' compound surrounded by an x 8' tall board -on -board fence. Install an 11'5" x
28' equipment shelter.
Install a 12' wide gravel access road from Hickory Hill Lane to the lease area.
Install a 110' tall steel monopole; base at 510' AMSL, top at 620' AMSL.
Install I array of 3 flush - mounted panel antennas. Proposed antennas measure approximately 6' tall x 12" wide x 6.5" deep.
Pole, antennas and base station equipment to be painted SW 6090 java brown.
ANALYSIS FOR THE CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS FOR THE GROUND EQUIPMENT AND BASE STATION
A Certificate of Appropriateness from the ARB is required for the base equipment portion of a proposed telecommunications facility in the
Entrance Corridors. The ARB may impose conditions on the Certificate of Appropriateness, based on the EC Guidelines, and consistent
with Section 5.1.40 of the Zoning Ordinance.

SUMMARY OF RECOMMENDATIONS
Regarding the Certificate of Appropriateness for the ground equipment and base station:

Regarding visibility of the monopole:
Staff recommends that the ARB forward the following recommendation to the Agent:
