To install a 91.8' tall monopole structure and associated ground equipment contained in a 2,500 square foot lease
area, and to construct an associated access road on 43.089 acres.

The subject parcel is an open field with wooded perimeters. The surrounding area is a rural and residential mix.

PROJECT DETAILS
Proposed tower location is approximate) 30' south of the I64 right-of-way and approximate) 175' from the lanes of travel.
Reference tree is a 24" gum with a height of 88.7', 691.5' AMSL.
Establish a 2500 square foot lease area, with a 31' x 50' fenced (board -on- board) compound and a 12' x 28' equipment shelter.
Install a gravel access drive from Dick Woods Road to the lease area.
Install a 91.8 -foot tall steel monopole; base at 601.0' AMSL, top at 692.8' AMSL.
Install 1 array of 3 flush - mounted panel antennas. Proposed antennas measure approximately 6' tall x 12" wide x 7" deep.
Pole, antennas and base station equipment to be painted SW 6090 'ava brown.

A Certificate of Appropriateness from the ARB is required for the base equipment portion of a proposed telecommunications facility in the
Entrance Corridors. The ARB may impose conditions on the Certificate of Appropriateness, based on the EC Guidelines, and consistent
with Section 5.1.40 of the Zoning Ordinance.

SUMMARY OF RECOMMENDATIONS
