Install a gravel access drive from Dick Woods Road to the lease area. Install a 91.8 -foot tall steel monopole; base at 601.0' AMSL, top at 692.8' AMSL. Install 1 array of 3 flush - mounted panel antennas. Proposed antennas measure approximately 6' tall x 12" wide x 7" deep. Pole, antennas and base station equipment to be painted SW 6090 'ava brown. ANALYSIS FOR THE CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS FOR THE GROUND EQUIPMENT AND BASE STATION A Certificate of Appropriateness from the ARB is required for the base equipment portion of a proposed telecommunications facility in the Entrance Corridors. The ARB may impose conditions on the Certificate of Appropriateness, based on the EC Guidelines, and consistent with Section 5.1.40 of the Zoning Ordinance.
