[14- 302(A)(3)] Existing or platted streets. Please provide the width of Owensville Road. 2. [14- 302(A)(9)] Building site on proposed lots. The plat shall contain the following note: "Parcels A1, A2 and B each contain a building site that complies with section 4.2.1 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance." 3. [14- 302(A)(10)] Right of further division. Please add a development rights note as follows, "Parcel Al is retaining 1 development right and may not be further divided. Parcel A2 is retaining 1 development right and may not be further divided. Parcel B is retaining 2 development rights and may be further divided. 4. [14- 302(8)(2)] Name of plat preparer. Provide the name and seal of the person who prepared the plat. 5. [14- 302(8)(7)] Reservoir watershed /agricultural - forestal district. Add a note stating that the parcel is located in the South Fork Rivanna water supply watershed and is not located in an agricultural - forestal district. 6. [14- 302(8)(10)] Stream buffers. Provide a note that indicates the presence of stream buffer on TMP 58 -77A even though it isn't present on the portion of the parcel shown on the plat. Please also add the following note, "The stream buffer(s) shall be managed in accordance with the Albemarle County Water Protection Ordinance" to the plat.
