[14- 302(A)(3)] Existing or platted streets. Please provide the width of Half Mile Branch Road. 2. [14- 302(A)(11)] Instrument creating property proposed for subdivision. Please include DB 1489 PG 161 in the legal references as this is the plat that created parcel 93B. 3. [14- 302(8)(7)] Reservoir watershed /agricultural- forestal district. Revise the watershed note to indicate that the parcel is located in the South Fork Rivanna water supply watershed. 4. [14- 302(8)(10)] Stream buffers. Provide a note that indicates the presence of stream buffer on the residue of TMP 55 -93 even though it isn't present on the portion of the parcel shown on the plat. Please also add the following note, "The stream buffer(s) shall be managed in accordance with the Albemarle County Water Protection Ordinance" to the plat.
