SLJB2013000148 Stillhouse Ridge Easement Plat
The Planner for the Planning Services Division of the Albemarle County Department Community
Development will recommend approval of the plat referred above when the following items have
been satisfactorily addressed. (The following comments are those that have been identified at this
time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review.)
[Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.]
1. [Comment] Please provide a revised Deed of Dedication for review /approval by the
County Attorney. Provide this document to planning staff and it will be forwarded to the
County Attorney with appropriate background information.
2. [Comment] On sheet 8 the existing BMP Easement does not appear to be shown in its
entirety. Rather a portion of the existing easement is located on lot 8 but is not depicted.
Revise.
[Comment] Also, on sheet 9, there is an existing 20' access easement for the BMP on lot
8 which is not depicted. Revise.
4. [14- 302(B)(7)] Reservoir watershed; agricultural forestal district. On sheet 1, note 4B
should be revised to state: "The property shown hereon lies within the upper mechums
river water supply watershed, which is in the South Fork Rivanna Water Supply
Watershed." Revise.
5. [14- 303(0)] Signature panels. Provide a signature panel for the Agent for the Board of
Supervisors.
[14- 302(A)(2)] Vicinity Map. Provide a vicinity map at a scale of 1" =2000' in accordance
with this section.
7. [14- 302(A)(15)] Identification of all owners and certain interest holders. Along with the
names and tax map numbers of the property owners, also provide their addresses.
Revise.
[14- 302(B)(1)] General information. For future submittals, please provide the date of
the last revision.
9. [Comment] Engineering has reviewed this plat and has no objections.
