2a. Please update to include "As- built" on the drawings.
2b. Please show the as -built centerline over the design centerline. Distinguish between the
design and as -built by labels and line type. Measurements shall be at each station as a
minimum, and frequent enough intervals to accurately portray the as -built centerline,
2c. Please label all proposed public and private roads including Pioneer Lane on as -built plans
2d. Please label the type of all drainage structures installed via VDOT designation or
manufacturer's detail.
2e. Please provide all platted drainage easements with deed book references labeled. Drainage
must be within platted right -of -way or drainage easements. Provide a copy of the recorded
documents.
2f. Label deed book and page numbers for all dedicated right -of -ways, sight easements, and
access easements and provide a copy of the recorded documents.

2g. Label the as -built pavement and base on the design typical sections. Strike through any
design elements which were not applied.
2h. Provide as -built locations and species for all street trees included with original design plan.
2i. Show all installed signs and pavement markings.
5. Please revise the letter from P.E. certifying improvements are built to plan. Letter dated
8/22/2013 identifies 13 exceptions to the approved revised site plan approved 4/19/2010.
Please address at minimum item #s 1, 2, 6, and 7 from this letter with bond inspection
resubmittal.
7 -14. If the roads are accepted by VDOT into the public road system, these items will not be
needed.
Additional site inspection items per 10/17/2013 site visit:
All asphalt, curbs, and drainage structures appear to be functional; however the sign posts are
wood which will require a maintenance agreement. Please contact Ana Kilmer for the template
agreement.
