Site is in jurisdictional area for Water and Sewer 2. Distance to the closest water line if in the development area is 0 feet (Existing buildings are currently served by public water). Capacity issues for sewer that may affect this proposal 5. Requires Rivanna Water and Sewer Authority capacity certification —Yes ✓ No 6. Water flow or pressure issues that may affect this proposal 7. Red flags" regarding service provision (Use attachments if necessary) • Show existing utilities and easements (additional water mains and fire hydrants exist that re not correctly shown). Incorrect fittings called out ( i.e. 12 "x4" reducer). • Existing water meter is a 2 ". Provide existing fixture counts (to remain behind meter, less fixtures removed from existing gym) and proposed new fixture counts (for new gym) so the ACSA can verify the existing meter will support the change. • Show existing math/science building. • Submit 3 sets of construction drawings to the ACSA for review and approval (required for reconfiguration of ACSA water meter vault). Note: The above stated requirements should be addressed on the Site Development Plan and Construction Drawings prior to ACSA approval.
