A 6 inch water line is located on site.

Fire flow from, nearest public hydrant, located distant from this site plan, is
Gpm + at 20 psi residual.

An 8 inch sewer line is located approximately 5' from the site.

An Industrial Waste Ordinance survey form must be completed.

No improvements or obstructions shall be placed within existing or future
easements.

Comments:
• Submit 3 copies of the construction plans and a water data sheet to the ACSA, Attn:
Michael Vieira, for construction review and approval.
• The ACSA will require dedication of the existing private fire hydrant (FH# 11082) and
associated water mains.
• A condition assessment will be required on the infrastructure to be dedicated to determine
if replacement is required as a condition of dedication.
• Advise if an irrigation meter will be required for this site.
