Erosion & Sediment Control: (Code Chapter 17, Article II) Y N X Adequate X Not Adequate State standards followed, and Design Standards Manual notes and details X I Adequate limits and perimeter measures out of work areas All stages protected adequately X Adequate channels X I - Diversion dikes (behind lots 18 -27) to silt trap still needs to be shown. -Place a note that positive drainage will be maintained near entrance to direct water to silt trap or show a RWD at the entrance. -Also, place a note that the entrance will be built to completion only after positive drainage from the diversion dike to the silt trap is no longer required by the county E &S inspector. -Place a note that states lots 24 -28 can be issued a building permit only after the sediment trap is removed and area is stabilized. Per elevation shown on sheet ES5, DI is 2.2'. -DA on ES6 do not match values on ES7. - For structures 62 and 61, provide as- builts value. It appears the pipe capacity for the 18" pipe is 14 cfs. The as- builts can be found in 2301 HTC Timberwood Boulevard PHl Road Plans. - Include structure IA on ES7 comps. - Please note some comments on the site plan regarding driveways may affect WPO plan.
