Include pavement types and depths (including aggregate base). 2c. Once recorded, please update the as -built plans with the deed book and page number for all applicable access easements for Avemore Pond Road. JT Newberry will coordinate the review of the requested easement plat application. 2d. Please label all proposed roads including Avemore Pond Road on the as -built plans in plan view and in typical section. A revised certification letter will be required at bond inspection request resubmittal. I la. Video for each run of installed drainage pipes indicates the 15" and 18" diameter pipes are 12 ". Please clarify in writing the installed depth relative to the video. 11 b. Review of pipe interior video indicates each of the seven installed pipe runs is exhibiting leaking joints.
