adjustment plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each

1. [14 -402] Lot Shape. All portions of each lot shall be contiguous. The portion of the .8 parcel and
2.828 cannot be adjusted in this manner. Please see attached mark up for reference.
2. [comment] General. This same plat is under review (SUB201300013, Dickerson Rd.), yet this
plat came in under a new name (Willow Glen) and an additional fee was paid. Please clarify
whether SUB201300171 should be reviewed under as a new plat.
