SUPPLEMENTAL DECLARATION OF COVENANTS AND RESTRICTIONS OF
OLD TRAIL
THIS SUPPLEMENTAL DECLARATION (this "Supplemental Declaration ") is made
this day of December, 2013, by Gaylon T. BEIGHTS, hereinafter called `Beights "; and
OLD TRAIL CREEKSIDE IV, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company, hereinafter called
"Owner ".
WHEREAS, Old Trail Creekside IV, LLC is the owner of Lots 38, 39, 46, 47, 48 and 49
(the "Lots ") as shown on the plat entitled " Creekside III, Phase IIIA" (the "Plat ") dated October
14, 2013, last revised November;"2013, prepared by Commonwealth Land Surveying, LLC,
which was recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Albemarle in
Deed Book , page The Lots are the same property conveyed to Owner by Deed
from Jackie B. Shifflett, dated , 2013, recorded, in said Clerk's Office in Deed
Boole , page
WHEREAS, March Mountain Properties and Old Trail Community Association, Inc.
previously executed the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of Old Trail dated December
10, 2004, of record in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Albemarle County, Virginia, in
Deed Book 2887, page 336. Such Declaration and all amendments, modifications and
supplements thereto are referred to herein as the "Declaration ".
