Dear Mr. Brockman,
Please find enclosed Road bond inspection report for Old Trail Village Phase 9, Block
13A. Information submitted was not complete for this request. No information was
submitted for Upland Drive section 14 +00 to 17 +00 (public road). The as -built plans did
not accurately reflect all site conditions upon verification inspection. The VDOT punch
list did not appear specific enough to reduce the public portion of the road bond.
Once the Pipe video and trench inspections are submitted and approved the private section
of the Road Bond will be reduced to remaining surface items correction.
This department recommends utilizing an impartial 3rd party "Surveyor" to perform the as-
built certification.

Upland Drive section 14 +00 to] 7+00 is missing from the submittal. Remaining as -build plans do not match
site in several areas and a true as -built plan will need to be submitted for review. Turn -a- rounds on Penny
Well Court appear to be incorporated into private parking spaces, so "No Parking" Signs and yellow
stripping
will need to be installed to help insure turn -a- rounds are accessible at all times. Gravel borders are not
installed as stated on as -built plan. Penny Well Court had standing water and will be made to drain
completely.
