Erosion & Sediment Control: Adequate (Code Chapter 17, Article II) X Not Adequate Y N State standards followed, and Design Standards Manual notes and details Adequate limits and perimeter measures out of work areas All stages protected adequately Adequate channels - Provide MS -19, adequate channel analysis, to county basin. -Show TS (temporary seeding) symbol on C -104. -Show embankment width, z, on sheet C -402. - Outlet protections are not designed. Show computations. All dimensions should be provided on C -402. Stormwater Management: (Code Chapter 17, Article III) Y N Adequate X Not Adequate Enough capture and treatment for on -site areas Enough detention storage for on -site areas (Less than 1 acre) Sealed hydrologic and hydraulic computations provided. - Please submit computations with original signatures on seal. -Show SWM facility easement and drainage channel easements. -Show access to swm facility and access easement. -Stop drainage channel before sanitary line. -Show ES (end section) for pipe outlet. -Show inlet shaping IS- 1for Str 3. - Provide VDOT anchor standard for pipe with 23% slope. - Provide existing DA for site. -Show area, CN, and time of concentration within each DA. -All SWM details should be to scale of 1 " -30' or 1 " -20' with dimensions, weir inverts labeled and geotextile fabric shown. - Provide Albemarle County swm notes. -Use .36 for total area in BMP treatment computations. - Provide a forebay. - Biofilter floor needs to be 5% of impervious area. Also, need to provide only a .5' ponding depth. Current design does not show this to be the case. - Biofilter plants should be labeled. [17- 204.f1 An application for an erosion and sediment control plan that requires modifications, terms, or conditions to be included in order for it to be approved shall be deemed to be withdrawn if the owner fails to submit a revised plan addressing the omitted modifications, terms or conditions within six (6) months after the owner is informed of the omitted information as provided under paragraph (B).
