Please provide the following for the next inspection request: a) Thews -built submitted is for Phase 1 and not Phase 2. Refer to As -built Road Plan policy for next submittal. The plan was not to scale and missing info from the As -built Road Plan policy. b) Recorded plat has been submitted, but I need correct as -built to compare easement locations. c) CBR appears to be for Phase 1 and not Phase 2. Please submit CBR for Phase 2. d) Pipe inspection video needs to be on a CD for our records. Also, the pipes for Phase 2 are not shown. Please show pipes east of 2a.
