The Planner for the Planning Services Division of the Albemarle County Department Community
Development has the following comments(The following comments are those that have been
identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based
on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle
County Code.]
1. [14- 302(A)(2)] Vicinity Map. Provide a vicinity map in accordance with this section.
2. [14- 302(A)(3)] Existing streets. Provide the width for all existing street right of ways.
3. [14- 302(A)(9)] Building sites on proposed lots. Provide the following note on the plat
"Parcel 120 -16C and the residue of Tax Map 120 Parcel 16D each contains a building site
that complies with section 4.2.1 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance."
4. [14- 302(A)(15)]Identification of all owners and certain interest holders. Provide the
names and addresses of each owner of record for the properties.
5. [14- 302(A)(7)] Reservoir watershed; agricultural forestal district. Provide a notation that
states that the parcels do not lie in a reservoir watershed nor an agricultural forestal
district.
6. [14- 303(0); 14- 303(P)] Signature panels; Notary panels. Provide a separate signature
and notary panel for Tallwood Forest LLC. The trustee will need to sign the plat as well.
