Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.] 1. [14- 302(A)(2)] Vicinity Map. Provide a vicinity map in accordance with this section. 2. [14- 302(A)(3)] Existing streets. Provide the width for all existing street right of ways. 3. [14- 302(A)(9)] Building sites on proposed lots. Provide the following note on the plat "Parcel 120 -16C and the residue of Tax Map 120 Parcel 16D each contains a building site that complies with section 4.2.1 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance." 4. [14- 302(A)(15)]Identification of all owners and certain interest holders. Provide the names and addresses of each owner of record for the properties. 5. [14- 302(A)(7)] Reservoir watershed; agricultural forestal district. Provide a notation that states that the parcels do not lie in a reservoir watershed nor an agricultural forestal district. 6. [14- 303(0); 14- 303(P)] Signature panels; Notary panels. Provide a separate signature and notary panel for Tallwood Forest LLC. The trustee will need to sign the plat as well.
