For your records, please see the transmittal letter to VDOT attached. Please continue to coordinate with Troy from VDOT to resolve any remaining VDOT comments. If there need to be additional changes to the plans based on the VDOT review, please call or email to coordinate with myself from the county. We need to ensure that VDOT and the county ultimately approve the same plan set. Depending on how extensive the changes (if any) are from here, I may be compelled to ask for another plan review application and fee before being able to re- approve. Please call or email with any questions. This other review could take an entire week. Then I will be out of the office during the week of Christmas. 2) 1 received two bond estimate requests for previously approved plans on 12/3. 1 prioritize bond estimate requests since it's my understanding that the banks take a long time to process the bonds and otherwise another applicant would be ready to break ground. When Houndstooth has approved WPO and road plans, I will offer your team the same re- prioritization. I'll call to follow up. My guess is it'll be the first week in January. I'll strive to move faster, but cannot control over a dozen resubmittals hitting my desk at the same time.
