Erosion & Sediment Control: Adequate (Code Chapter 17, Article II) X Not Adequate Y N X State standards followed, and Design Standards Manual notes and details X Adequate limits and perimeter measures out of work areas X All stages protected adequately X Adequate channels (provide to address MS -19 and show calcs that ditch will not - Before culverts are installed and are operational, the stream still needs to be protected as site is graded. Check dams west of entrance is okay, but a note shall state "Install at the same time as other perimeter control measures." The area to east of travelway is not protected and still needs some trapping measure for sediment control. Please note the drainage area from the south. This clean runoff will mix with site runoff. This total runoff needs to be contained and filtered in sediment trapping measure I mentioned. -Show a R/W diversion. - Provide soil stabilization blankets and matting for 2:1 slopes. (North of parking and area near travelway that cuts into slope.) -Show temporary seeding symbol (TS) and dust control symbol (DC) on plans. DC may not be used, but we typically show on E &S plans. - Remove 65' silt fence within grading area. (SE of parking lot.) -Check dam drainage area (.75 acres) should include offsite drainage area. -Silt fence north of culvert 1 can be shifted north about 20' to be clear from ditch grading area. I recommend about 80' of SF. Stormwater Management: (Code Chapter 17, Article III) Y N n/a Adequate Not Adequate Enough capture and treatment for on -site areas Enough detention storage for on -site areas Sealed hydrologic and hydraulic computations provided Mitigation: (Code Chapter 17, Article III) Y N Adequate X Not Adequate Buffers and disturbed areas adequately shown -The plants should follow criteria: For every 400 sf, plant 1 canopy tree, 1 understory, and 1 shrub. The total number of plants are correct, but location needs to be revised. -Areas restored or replanted for mitigation must be protected in easements or by maintenance agreements. -The $150 mitigation fee was not paid for the initial mitigation plan review. This review attempts to encompass the larger compliance questions. County staff does not assume responsibility for any calculation or plan details, and cannot cover the intricacies of every plan submitted. Each plan and calculation must have a professional seal and signature to assume these responsibilities. This plan Approved (please see attached Approval Fact Sheet) X Not Approved is
