Note that this pipe cannot run under pressure since it has open joints. 2b. Please label the as -built pavement thicknesses and base on as -built plans. Include pavement types and depths (including aggregate base). 2c. Once recorded, please update the as -built plans with the deed book and page number for all applicable access easements for Avemore Pond Road. JT Newberry will coordinate the review of the requested easement plat application. Currently Mr. Newberry is awaiting an application an fee for review of an easement plat previously provided. 2d. Please label all proposed roads including Avemore Pond Road on the as -built plans in plan view and in typical section. A revised certification letter will be required at bond release inspection request resubmittal. 11 b. Review of pipe interior video provided on 12/13/2013 indicates two of the seven installed pipe runs (D6 -D5 and D3.1 -D3) are exhibiting leaking joints. Please propose a remediation or replacement strategy. After this is approved, please provide an updated video indicating functioning runs of drainage pipes. Attachments: 1.
