[14-302(A)(10)&18-10.3.1] Right of further division of proposed lots. It appears that TMP 129 -10A was subdivided in 2004 (DB2849 PG142) giving all five of its development rights to the other parcels. Please revise note D to indicate that the residue of TMP129 -10A has no development rights and cannot be subdivided into lots smaller than 21 acres. 2. [14- 303(A)] Statement of consent to division. The County's standard consent statement was revised effective January 1, 2014 to be in compliance with state code. Please revise the statement on the plat to the following: "The platting or dedication of the following described land [insert a correct description of the land subdivided] is with the free consent and in accordance with the desire of the undersigned owners, proprietors and trustees if any."
