Please revise the sign drawing to indicate the height of all the text. Sorry for not discovering this sooner. Brent W. The following issues have been identified that will need to be addressed for an administrative approval. Sign Colors: 1. The sign drawing shows two different shades of green on the sign but only one green color is called out in the legend. 2. The text color for the tenant panels is not called out on the drawing. Sign Landscaping_ ARB Sign Guidelines state: Use ground covey, shrubs and /or trees to integrate freestanding signs into the overall landscape development of the site. The planting proposal shown on the sign drawing does not meet this guideline. It is not a design that integrates the sign with the overall landscape. I have attached the previously approved planting plan (ARB 201000032, approved in 2010) for a freestanding sign in the same location. Sign Location/Easements: Stewart Wright, Zoning Permit Planner, has noted that the sign location is in a water /sewer easement and will therefore require ACSA approval. He has forwarded the sign permit to them for review. Miscellaneous: 1. The depth of the sign cabinet is not indicated on the drawing. 2. The Carmike Cinema is listed as a tenant on the drawing; however, they are no longer in business. Revise the drawing accordingly. 3. The sign drawing indicates the width of the tenant panel is 3'; however, that does not seem possible. It appears that the tenant panel would be less than 3' from the other measurements provided. Please do not hesitate to contact me should you have any questions or concerns. Brent Brent W.
