Subject: SUB 201400006 Marjorie Milliman — Rural Subdivision Plat
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Final Plat referenced above
once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference,
which is to the Subdivision /Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14 -309 & 14 -310] Soil evaluations & Health director approval of septic systems. The submitted soils
evaluations were forwarded to the Health Department on January 15, 2014; the plat cannot be approved
until their approval is received.
2. [14 -316] Approval of entrance onto public streets. Please provide VDOT approval of the proposed
entrance(s).
