Rebecca,
From the information that you sent me, it looks like the new store will
access
Oakencroft Lane, which I believe is a private road. With that in mind
the
connection point that we are concerned with is where Oakencroft connects
to
Garth Road. Looking at the GIS, it appears that sight distance may be an
issue. I understand that Oakencroft is an existing private road, but if
they
will be intensifying the use on the entrance, we will need to make sure
that
it is adequate for the additional use. Hopefully I will get by this site
this
afternoon to look at the entrance. Let me know if you need any
additional
information concerning this project.
