■The fee paid is for an amendment. Which plan is this amending?
■Please label the type of pond on plans.
■Please show boundary lines on plan.
■Please show DA for existing and proposed areas. Label area, CN and Tc.
■Please submit the BMP removal rate to clarify what is going to be treated.
The impervious area shown on WP02006 -0003 will be treated with the
proposed pond submitted on this application. However, I did not include
the approved SDP200800061 (machine shop with parking lot). Please
clarify what the plan is for the machine shop and if this should be included
in BMP removal rate calcs. Also, clarify if future impervious areas should
be assumed for the sizing of this pond.
■Please provide a sediment forebay.
■The DA for site is only 18.83 acres compared to your 23.16 acres. Please
confirm DA.
■Provide a 10' wide access road.
■Label length of culvert on C2.0.
■The weir length and culvert size do not match on plans, title page, and
calcs. Please match.
■The pond needs to detain the 10 year storm with a peak rate of 66.5 cfs to
meet existing conditions.
■Show SWM easement. This easement should encompass the 100 year
watermark and access road.
■Please add SWM notes.
■Show detail of trash rack.
■Show 10 year and 100 year elevations within pond section. Please show a
complete pond section. For example combine detail 1 and 3.
Show length of vegetated channel for spillway on plan.
■The access road seems to connect to an existing road. However, the
existing road does not appear to be on an approved site plan. Easements
should be shown on access road, but provide clarification on existing road
first so that this access road may connect to it.
