Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further. review.): [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.].Any new or remaining comments are in black. 1. [Comment] The pending subdivision plat is approved must be approved prior to final site plan approval. 2. [4,17.4(x)] Please confirm that lighting is full cut off and provide cut sheets for type of lighting. 3. [4.17.4(0)(2)] it is unclear if lighting for B-5 rl'iL'€:'•ts spillover requirements. Please provide more information. 4. [32,6.2(n) I The open space and recreation areas contain different square footage arnounts from that shown on the subdivision plat. Please clarify the correct amount. 5. [4.12.1 (2)] The minimum dimensions for parallel parking are 9 x 20'. Please revise the parking spaces along Meeting Street. Also clarify Jf these are the guest spaces. The notes reference 8 spaces, yet only 7 spaces are sho�k£n. 6. [Code of Development] ARB approval required. 7. [ASB Comment] A ce rtificate of Appropriateness is required prior to final site plan approval. The applicant small submit for review an application for a Countywide Certificate of Appropriateness for- a structure(s) located 750' from .the Entrance Corridor-. 8. [Code of Development] The pergola and benches as shown in the Plaza Exhibit for Block 4, elated September 17; 2013 are an appropriate use of the recreation area per, the COD. Please provide those changes on the site plan. 9. [4.12.6] Clarify the Total Provided Parking for Townhomes table. It seems to conflict with the Parking Tabulation and provides -more than 20% over the maximum parking requirements, which is not permitted in the Ordinance. 10. [4.4] Sheet 5 shows sight distance going through the back of unit 6, which must be corrected.
