[14-302(A)(10)&18-10.3.1] Right of further division of proposed lots. It appears that TMP34-64 was subdivided in 1996 (DB1582 PG208) giving TMP 34-64 two remaining development rights. Please revise note B to indicate that TMP34-64 has two remaining development rights.
