Subject: SUB 201400021 Brocks Mill Road - Walker — Boundary Line Adjustment
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Boundary Line Adjustment
Plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the
applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14-302(A)(4)] Private Easements. DB3538 PG1 20 shows a 30' Private Street Easement through TMP 34-
20. Please revise plat to show location and width of this easement as well as deed book, page number and
owner of record.
2. [14-302(A)(10)&18-10.3.1] Right of further division of proposed lots. It appears that TMP34-20 was
subdivided in 2008 (DB3538 PG1 20) giving three of its development rights to the other parcels and retaining
two development rights. Please revise note B to indicate that the residue of TMP34-20 has two remaining
development rights and when divided shall not consist of more than 9.480 acres.
