Dear Ms. Ray:
We have reviewed the seven dedication plats located on Brock's Mill Road dated January 31,
2014 as submitted by Roger W. Ray & Associates, Inc. and offer the following comments:
1. The plats are for right -of -way dedication for a rural rustic project located on Brock's Mill
Road. The plats have been reviewed with the Charlottesville Residency Administrator
and were found to be in compliance with the proposed project.
2. VDOT has no objections to the plats as submitted.
