Re: SDP201300046, Gillenwater Property (AT &T), Tier II PWSF
Dear Ms. Taylor,
I am sending this letter as a follow up to our phone conversation earlier today. As discussed, I did receive your
revised site plan drawings for this proposal. The drawings show the addition of a 9 '/z foot tall retaining wall
with fill behind that will act as a platform for the ground equipment. This represents a substantial change to the
original proposal and will require another review by all members of the Site Review Committee. Also, the
revisions provided did not address all of the original staff comments provided including, but not limited to, the
need for a critical slope waiver request and the plat and deeds required for the fall zone easements.
Due to the length of time that has already taken place with this review and the additional time needed for review
of the revised proposal, I need to have you request an indefinite deferral of this application. This would allow
staff the needed time to review and respond to this latest proposal. It will take approximately 30 days to get
back to you with staff's comments. Sending me an email with this request for an indefinite deferral would
suffice. Be sure and reference the file name "SDP201300046, Gillenwater Property (AT &T), Tier II PWSF" in
your request.
