Subject: SP201300027-5th Street Commercial — Drive Thru lane
Zoning comments on this submittal for the 5`" Street Commercial Drive Thru Lane are:
-The drive-thru should be detailed to show the window location as well as the order board, showing
sufficient stacking space for five vehicles behind each.
-The amount of parking proposed (190 spaces) exceeds the 120% maximum for the scheduled use
(166 spaces).
-Please confirm that the plan complies with the earlier special permit for fill in the Flood Plain. This will
require an overlay of that approved plan with this proposed plan to verify. (Same as ZMA comment)
-All references on the plans to "overhand" should read "overhang".
