(VDOT) Subject: SUB2013 -185 Lochyln Hill - Parcel Y and Z Troy, I just received a revised plat for SUB2013 -185 Lochlyn Hill Parcel Y and Z - BLA see attached plat. Previously you approved this January 29th; however, the applicant has made some changes and I want to assure VDOT's good with how it's shown. The only change I see that you would be looking at is the driveway easements, which is what we previously spoke about happening but the applicant never actually put them on the plat until today. Regardless I want to assure you get your eyes on the driveway easements locations b4 I sign off on it. Notably these driveways are existing lots with homs, and existing driveways, what they are doing is extending them to match up to the new public right of way location. If you need this revised plat officially submitted to your office through hard copy inner office mail, just say so, and I'll assure its done ... thanks Christopher P.
