[14- 301(B)] Form and style of plats. Revise the scale of the plat to one (1) inch equals fifty (50) feet. 2. [14- 302(A)(2)] Vicinity map. Revise the scale of the vicinity map to one (1) inch equals two thousand (2,000) feet. 3. [14- 302(B)(5)] Zoning classification. Add Airport Impact Overlay to the zoning classification. 4. [14- 302(B)(10)] Stream buffers. Add the following note regarding the stream buffer, "The stream buffer shown heron shall be managed in accordance with the Albemarle County Water Protection Ordinance." 5. [14- 303(A)] Statement of consent to division. The County's standard consent statement was revised effective January 1, 2014 to be in compliance with state code. Revise the statement on the plat to the following: "The platting or dedication of the following described land [insert a correct description of the land subdivided] is with the free consent and in accordance with the desire of the undersigned owners, proprietors and trustees if any." (see the new checklists for all subdivision applications) 6. [14 -309 & 310] Soil evaluations and Health Department approval. Since the proposed BLA impacts parcels of less than 5 acres, Health Department approval is required. Provide Soil Work or previous Health Department approval to show the BLA will not affect primary or reserve drainfields for the existing homes. This requirement is for both TMP 45 -5D and 45 -5D1. 7. [14 -400] Minimum lot requirements. Amend the building setback note and setback line to reflect the requirements of section 18 -10.4. Front setback is 75' from existing public roads and 25' from internal public or private roads. 8. [Comment] The note regarding county public water and sewer is not required for rural area subdivisions. If you wish to retain this note, please revise the note to say public water and sewer either is or is not available to these properties. 9. [14- 302(6)1] Date of last revision. Please add the date of last revision with each resubmittal.
