As such the applicant shall propose an acceptable physical barrier to disconnect/ prohibit through traffic to the unimproved road. The sight distance shown in the sight distance exhibit does not meet minimum sight distance requirements. The available sight distance should be verified and corrected on the site plan as applicable. 2. All other review comments have been addressed..
