I just reviewed the revised plat and all of the initial comments were addressed, pending comment #1 truly being
addressed by the applicant (as I have not received an approval of this document from the County Attorney yet,
the plat cannot be approved till this comes in). Otherwise the plat is ready for signatures.

Please find attached a highlighted pdf copy of the revised Easement Plat for SUB201400035 (Four
Seasons Channel Restoration).
The plat has been revised to reflect your comments dated March 18, 2014.
1. Client has addressed this comment.
2. The plat has been revised to show "Lake Forest Lane ", formerly Lake Forest Drive according to
the subdivision plat recorded in D.B. 485 -123.
3. The plat has been revised to add "Hereby Dedicated To Public Use" to the New Drainage
Easement.
4. The plat has been revised to add a Vicinity Map at a scale of 1" = 2000'.
5. Ok.
Please review these revisions and let us know when the plat is ready for signatures.
I will also send a full size copy to you at the front desk if necessary.

Chris,
Yes, we will be providing a deed of easement. I will forward the plat to Andy and he will draft it for your review, if
needed. I do not need to review the deed personally, rather I just need the County Attorney's approval of the deed,
and it'd be nice to have a copy of the approved deed for the file. Regarding Comment 3, yes it is to be public, so, I
concur and the surveyor should add this note to the plat. Sounds good.

SUB201400035 Four Seasons Channel Restoration - Easement Plat
Gwen,
I have completed my review and I offer the following comments:
1) [Comment] The application which was submitted makes note that a deed is being drafted by the County
Attorney. I assume Tom Foley will be signing this deed. Do you have confirmation from Greg that it is drafted
yet? I have not received a draft deed nor the County Attorney's approval. Please advise.
2) [14- 302A(4)] Existing or Platted Streets. There appears to be a typographical error on page 2 with regards to
State Route 1461. The plat labels it as "Lake Forest Drive "; however, County Records have it as being "Lake
Forest Lane ". Revise.
3) [14- 302A(5)] Public Easements. Is this new drainage easement to be public? If so, the proposed easement
should be labeled as "dedicated to public use ".
4) [14- 302A(2)] Vicinity Map. The plat provides a vicinity map of 1" = 500'; however, it shall be 1 "= 2000'.
Revise
5) [Comment] The County Engineer has no objection to the proposal.
