The Albemarle County Service Authority (ACSA) has received and reviewed the plan /document /project described above.
All ACSA comments have been addressed by the applicant. The ACSA hereby approves the plan /document /project
described above.

Note: The applicant should submit 3 copies of construction drawings along with water and sewer data sheets to the
ACSA (Attn: Jeremy Lynn, PE). The ACSA has determined certain items that will be evaluated during the construction
review that the applicant should be aware of:
• The FHA locations will be evaluated based on fire and rescues comments.
• A secondary waterline connection in the intersection of Westminster and Bennigton.
• A relocation of the proposed waterline connection in Barracks Road to avoid work in the intersection.
