Cheryl - I was reminded this morning that the fall zone easement deeds and plats will need to be recorded before I can
sign the site plan. You will need to provide me with a copy of the recordation receipt. You can scan and email it to me.
You will also need to note on the site plan title sheet the deed book and page number locations where the deeds and plats
are recorded.
I am sorry I forgot to mention this yesterday.

Cheryl - As promised, I am sending this email as a follow up to our phone conversation earlier this afternoon.
Greg Kamptner, Deputy County Attorney, has approved the fall zone easement deeds and plats. I have attached
his transmittal to me indicating his approval.
As we discussed, your latest submission included the addition of TMAs (tower mounted amplifiers). While I see
no issues with this, the following is needed:
Revise the site plan drawings to include the TMA specifications (detail) sheet in the set of drawings.
This sheet should indicate the proposed dimensions of the TMAs.
Revise the note on Sheet A -4 Details to include the following addition in red:
"The distance from the outside face of the pole to the outside face of the panel antennas & tower
mounted amplifiers shall not exceed 12 inches."
Revise Sheet A -1 Compound Plan to indicate the number of TMAs per sector proposed for this
particular tower.
You do not need to provide me with paper copies of the revisions. Instead, please email me a digital file of the
complete set of drawings. I do not see any further issues (or needed corrections) with the site plan. I will find
out this week what Board of Supervisor dates are available for the critical slope special exception request. I will
need the digital revised site plan drawings to lock us in on a particular date.
