RE: Letter of Zoning Compliance- LZC201400013:
Property: Parcel 8 of Tax Map 61, 12.533 acre tract located on State Route 631,
Rio Road, Albemarle County, Virginia (the "Property ")
Owner: Townwood Mobile Home Park, LLC
Dear Sir or Madam:
In response to your request concerning compliance on the above - identified Property with
applicable laws and County requirements, please be advised of the following:
• The undersigned is the Chief of Zoning /Deputy Zoning Administrator of the
County of Albemarle, Department of Community Development, which is
responsible for enforcement of zoning ordinances and similar codes or
ordinances related to the use of property in the above mentioned County.
• The Property lies within the boundaries of Albemarle County and as Chief of
Zoning /Deputy Zoning Administrator for the County I am authorized to execute
this letter.
• The Property is zoned R -10 Residential and the present use of the Property as a
mobile home park is permitted by special use permit within such zoning
classification. The improvements on the Property may be rebuilt in their current
size and density if they are damaged.
• To the best of my knowledge, the Property currently is in compliance with all
applicable zoning, building and subdivision codes and ordinances, including
without limitation and special zoning conditions imposed upon the Property and
on -site parking requirements.
IN The present use of the Property is covered by the existing Special Use Permits.
This office is not aware of any circumstances that would render the Special Use
Permits invalid or cause them to be revoked.

■ The County has not instituted any action or proceeding pending before any court,
quasi-judicial body or administrative agency relating to the foregoing matters or
to the Property.
The Property has direct access to the following public road: State Route 631 (Rio
Road).
You and your successors as Lender may rely on this certification in connection with any
loan to the owner listed above.
