I am only in the office part -time at the moment, as I am just coming back from an extended maternity leave and I am not quite back to full -time yet. Anyways, I have re -run the spread analysis for Structure #10 as we discussed on Friday. Looking at the original analysis I gave you, I had used standard DI -1 parameters (i.e. "Clear Area of Orfice Opening" = 2.33 square feet). After looking at the photos you sent, I have realized that you have a valid point regarding the clear area of the orfice opening. So, I have re -run the analysis using a clear area of orf'ice opening = 0.375 square feet. With that being said: • The Q Intercepted remains 1.93 cfs • With a Q Carryover = 0 cfs • The revised Spread @ Sag = 5.59' • The revised Depth of Water = 0.30' Please feel free to contact me if you have any additional questions or concerns. "The approved site plan reflects that drainage structure #10 is a DI -213, L =4. As -built conditions provide an H -20 Rated Grate & Inlet" (Mar -19 letter). I visited the site today, have attached 3 photos, and will send 6 more. As -built grate dimensions (ref photos): - Overall: 16" x 16" -14 slots @ 1.125" x 6 ", ea - Potential for 1.5 x 4 ( =6) slots to become (permanently) obstructed -Net grate clear space= 14 — 6, or, 8 slots My question is, from a 10 -yr storm hydraulic perspective, how does Net clear space of the as -built grate compare with (approved site plan) drainage structure #10? Thank you, Rachael.
