The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the two lot subdivision plat
referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the
applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision /Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
[14 -310 & 14 -416] Health Director approval. Health Department approval for individual private wells
and onsite sewage systems within the proposed subdivision is required prior to final approval of plat.
Soils work has been provided to the health department for review.
2. [14- 308.1] Groundwater assessment information. The groundwater assessment as required by this
subdivision is attached for your information.
3. Private Street Maintenance Agreement. The submitted private street maintenance agreement has
been approved by the county attorney, provided the signatures are properly acknowledged prior to
recordation. Please provide a signed, notarized copy of the agreement with the signature copy of the
plat.
