Health Department approval for individual private wells and onsite sewage systems within the proposed subdivision is required prior to final approval of plat. Soils work has been provided to the health department for review. 2. [14- 308.1] Groundwater assessment information. The groundwater assessment as required by this subdivision is attached for your information. 3. Private Street Maintenance Agreement. The submitted private street maintenance agreement has been approved by the county attorney, provided the signatures are properly acknowledged prior to recordation. Please provide a signed, notarized copy of the agreement with the signature copy of the plat.
