acres and shall be within their December
1980 boundaries.
7. The land use regulations listed herein are
imposed pursuant to the Albemarle County
Zoning Ordinance in effect on this date and
are shown for information purposes only.
They are not restrictive covenants running
with the land and their appearance on this
plat is not intended to impose them as
such.
8. This property lies in the South Fork Rivanna
Reservoir water supply protection area. It does
not lie in an agricultural — forestal district.
